Had a great Xmas stay! Loved the warm welcome from the receptionists and the amazing help we received throughout our stay. the staff was incredible. the hotel offered a welcoming tea/coffee tray in the room, which was much appreciated after a long drive. the pet-friendly policy was a huge plus, and being close to the ferry docks made our travel convenient. the quiet rooms and air conditioning ensured a comfortable and peaceful stay.
The room was a bit cramped for two people and two dogs, and the advertisement of tea and coffee making facilities was a bit misleading as it was just a vending machine at the reception. the service was a bit disappointing.
